Yes, papa did the right thing starting the fire. Even though it may have ruined most of his land, he made the right decision. He only started the fire so he could save other people form dying. This was probably very hard to do since the Logan's had very little money and were having a hard time making more. Papa made the right decision and it benefited several people.

Yes I think that papa did the right thing of lighting the fire. he was just trying to keep his family safe and sound by making the fire. he loved his family so much that he was willing to destroy the thing that gets them money, food, and hard labor

I think Papa did the right thing in starting the fire. In matters of life or death, we should fight at all costs to preserve life. Papa did risk the welfare of his crops and family, but he did it so that TJ would not be killed. In these instances, this is always the best decision.

I think papa did the right thing setting the house on fire. He was trying to keep his family safe. He also was trying to help TJ stay out of jail, sometimes you have to do certain things in order to keep your family safe.

I think Papa did make a good decision because if he had not started the fire T.J. and his parents would have died. He also stoped T.J. From going to court right away. Many people from history have had the courage to sacrifice for other people.

I think papa did the right thing, destroying something that helps you survive is very risky but he did it to protect his family and that is honorable. Comments are closed.
